At Asia Education Digest, we value clarity and transparency in all our partnerships. Kindly review the following policies related to contributions and advertising before proceeding with your submission or partnership request.

Non-Refundable Submission Fees

• For contributors wishing to submit articles, interviews, or institutional features, there is a non-refundable submission fee.
• Once submitted, the fee for editorial contributions or advertisements is non-refundable under any circumstances. Personal requests for refunds due to health, personal circumstances, or other individual reasons will not be entertained.

Editorial Contributions & Features

• While editorial submissions are non-refundable, contributors may request to transfer their feature to the next issue of the magazine, subject to management’s discretion.
• Contributors have the option to defer their publication for up to six months. If the feature is not published within this period, the submission will be considered cancelled.

Advertising and Sponsorship Cancellations

• For advertisers and sponsors, once the contract is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be provided.
• However, advertisers may request to transfer their advertisement to the next issue or change their placement, subject to availability and the discretion of Asia Education Digest management.

Transfer Fees for Cancellations

• If an advertiser or contributor wishes to cancel or transfer their submission 20 days or less before the publication deadline, a transfer fee will apply as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
• The transfer fee must be paid within 5 days of the cancellation or transfer request.
